I’ve spent over 25 years wrenching on just about everything—from cars and garden tools to lawn tractors and small engines. In 2013, I joined GM Canada, where I racked up countless hours of factory training and earned my stripes with advanced diagnostics and repair systems.
A year later, I passed the Red Seal Automotive Service Technician exam with flying colors—scoring over 90%.
But my passion isn’t just fixing engines—it’s helping everyday people take control of the tools and gear in their lives, whether that’s a mower that won’t start or a raised bed full of spuds that’s finally paying off.
For the past 20+ years, I’ve been growing my own veg. My workshop is based on 8 acres of land, 6 of which we planted in native woodland. I grow in raised beds and in-ground, using methods that are easy to manage, low on effort, and high on results—because, like most folks, I’m short on time.
