					<description><![CDATA[My Excel power washer VR2522 string is impossible to pull. I have to take the cover with the string off, turn the motor with a screw driver several time to free it, put it together, then it works. when it runs out of gas the string  cant be pulled again. The oil level is fine, the trigger is pulled to release the water, its not Hydrolocked and the cam release for the head pressure is working. Yet the string pull start is impossible to pull.]]></description>
